The IPO Spotlight Report provides information on companies that have filed their Initial Public Offering circular with the SEC. The data includes the expected date of issuance, size of the deal, the company's product, and the lead underwriters. In addition, the IPO Spotlight analyzes these filings and forecasts the opening premium or discount of the opening trade.
The IPO Spotlight's editors suggest that subscribers indicate for issues with premium predictions of 1/2 point or better. By scanning this report and looking for issues with a projected +1/2 point or better premium, you can get in on the IPO's with the greatest profit potential, with minimal research and prospectus study normally required. The IPO Spotlight Report is broadcast Monday to Friday. Additional bulletins are sent on other days, as needed. * Monday broadcasts list those securities scheduled for release that week (See Sample Broadcast). Friday broadcasts contain ALL Initial Public Offerings in current registration, which includes over 200 companies. Broadcasts are sent between 8AM-9AM EST.
